The Second U.S. Presidential Television Debate.

We watched America go thru a Tug of War on for their Vote. Romney won the Debate. Obama's Popularity surge in 2008 has receded a lot. Not yet enough to change the 2008 Election results. This leaves the economy without a credible change agent and jobs will not pick up. Business needs the Competition, This is where Romney won the Debate. the American Public also has to decide: Do they still need a President to End a War, or a President to Free up the Business Capabilitys in the American Economy.
